Warranty

We offer warranty coverage on the structural components of our products:

  • Beds: 2-year warranty

  • Sofas: 5-year warranty

This warranty covers:

  • Internal frame (structure)

  • Foam (sponge)

  • Mechanisms (where applicable)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Fabric wear, damage, or misuse

If any internal component (such as the frame or mechanism) is found to be defective, we will repair or replace it accordingly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All items are made to order or prepared specifically for each customer.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation requests must be sent via email with the subject line: "Cancel".:

  • Cancellation requests may be reviewed, but are not guaranteed.

After 48 hours:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times:

  • Beds: 2–3 weeks

  • Sofas: 7–8 weeks

In case of any delays, customers will be notified in advance.
There are no hidden charges related to delays.

Delivery includes setup and installation.

Payment

VAT will be added to the price at checkout.

Currently, payments are handled in-store only.

  • A 60% deposit is required to confirm your order

  • The remaining 40% is paid upon delivery
